Masterbuilder (also known as Sage 100 Contractor), is a great piece of software for the contractor who needs a bit more detailing with their job costing, estimates, change orders, tracking sub-contractors, their payments and insurance needs.  It has modules for project scheduling and management.   We have Masterbuilder in office and can handle your billing through Masterbuilder whether it is on a contract bid or time and material billing, and can generate reports to help you better understand job costing of your projects.

Rent Manager software for residential and commercial property management is used to calculate your management fees, track your rents and late payments, HOA fees, mortgage payments, common area usage, as well as accounts payable for multiple properties to insure you apply the right billing to the right address as well as receiving your commission.   It also tracks your vacancies, leases, customers, as well as provides your property owners with financial statements by property.  Using this software can also provide you with statements for your operating accounts.

Sage 50 (formally known as Peachtree) is another choice for many companies to track their accounts payable, receivables, payroll, human resource needs, billing, and manage their credit card and banking.  We also have full knowledge of this software and can come to you to help you manage your accounts.
