I depend on Marjory. She is very goal oriented. She makes sure all deadlines are met on time. She is keenly devoted to her work, and she handles herself even in stressful times with humor and grace which makes her a pleasure. It is not an exaggeration to say that Marjory is a big contributor to our success.

Marjory is a hard-working and responsible individual. She handles even the most stressful and complicated situations with a high level of intelligence, understanding and patience. She always meets every challenge, deadline, and tackles every project with grace and ease. Many of the solutions she proposes are insightful and practical and she shows a remarkable capacity for breaking large issues into manageable segments. Marjory is the lifeblood of JRI. She works extremely efficiently and diligently, always producing accurate and precise information when needed. She follows clearly defined systems and procedures of her own creation to keep the information consistent and accurate – and makes sure that everyone around her understands to follow the same. Marjory began working for Capers Services in January of this year and she has been very helpful to me by organizing my books and helping in the transitioning process to a new bookkeeper. So far the information she has given me has helped me and my company with getting my payroll, done, reconciling my Quick book files and helping me lower my cost.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Marjory for over 10 years. When her company closed last year, I was able to have her take over my books (hurray for me!). She is detail-oriented, organized, and everything is always in perfect order. I have timely accurate reports, up to date balances, help with budgeting and confidence that everything is ship-shape and up to date.

Marjory has been assisting my wife and I with our construction business for two months.
